How to Rent the Youth Center

The Youth Center is available for rental from April 1 to Oct. 31 each year. Renters must be age 25 or up to compete the application.

1. Consult the calendar on this site to see if your proposed date is available.
2. Review the rental agreement and usage rules.
3. Email Watsontown Memorial Community Center board member Kate Hastings to reserve your date.
4. Fill out and sign the rental agreement and mail the first three pages to Kate Hastings at 84 Vincent Ave., Watsontown PA 17777. Enclose a check made payable to Watsontown Memorial Community Center for the security deposit of $100.
5. Proof of insurance is required. If you are a private individual, call your homeowner’s insurance company and explain that you’d like a rider on your policy for event liability for $500,00. A copy of this rider must be mailed to Ms. Hastings by two weeks before the event. If you represent an organization or company, you may already carry such insurance. Have your treasurer mail a copy of the event liability coverage to Ms. Hastings.
6. On the date of your rental, bring a check made payable to Watsontown Memorial Community Center for the rental fee of $175 per day. There will be a walk-through to ensure you understand how to use the facilities.
7. At the end of your rental period, there will be a walk-through, and if there are no damages, you will receive the security deposit check back.
