Cabin-type 24’x60′ building

–8 6-foot folding tables and 58 metal folding chairs

–Kitchen with hot and cold city water, two refrigerators, an electric stove/oven, and ample counter space

–Electric ceiling lights and numerous receptacles

–Propane furnace

–Small men’s and women’s restrooms

–Building is accessible to walker and wheelchair users, but restrooms will not accomodate a scooter

Otha Folk pavilion

–Attached to Center building

–9 8-foot picnic tables

–Electric lights

–Gas grill (you supply 20-pound propane tank)

Dave Walize pavilion

–7 8-foot picnic tables

–Electric lights

Barbecue pit

–Large, rectangular barbecue pit made of concrete blocks

Ample parking

–Parking for about 30 cars north and east of the building

–Dusk to dawn outdoor light illuminates the parking area

Sports field

–A field of almost two acres is ringed by hemlocks

Creek access

–Two trails, one steep and one gradual, lead to White Deer Creek

–Creek access is not handicapped accessible

–Renters with valid PA fishing licenses may fish in White Deer Creek during their rental periods.
